How does a part-time engineer stay in context?
We agree a recurring collaboration rhythm, use your repository and tracker, and document decisions. Capacity planning must allow for reviews, meetings, and handoffs as well as implementation.
When can someone start?
We confirm current availability and the onboarding work during the consultation. The start date is agreed in writing after the role and capacity are clear.
Can the capacity change?
The published service is month-to-month. Your agreement defines notice, available capacity, and how changes take effect at the next cycle.
