What happens on the free strategy call?
A free 30-minute conversation about your scope, budget, and next step. A fixed-price proposal follows confirmed scope.
What does a fixed-price package cover?
It covers the deliverables and acceptance criteria in your agreed scope. We confirm the price before work begins. If scope changes, we agree the additional work and its price in writing. No hourly billing.
Are the package prices fixed quotes for every project?
The published prices are starting points. A focused MVP starts at $10k; the final proposal reflects your platforms, workflows, integrations, and release requirements. A larger feature set needs a larger scope.
How long does a project take?
Production Hardening targets 21 days; MVP Launch targets 30 days; Full Cycle targets 6 weeks. Enterprise schedules are agreed by phase. Delivery targets depend on the agreed scope, access, content, and feedback. We confirm the schedule before work begins. App Store or Play Store submission is included where applicable; store approval timing is outside the build schedule.
What support is included?
Production Hardening and MVP Launch include 30 days of post-launch support. Full Cycle includes 90 days. Enterprise support coverage and service levels are agreed in the proposal.
Do we own the code and accounts?
Yes. Your code lives in your GitHub organization, infrastructure runs in your AWS account, and app listings use your developer accounts. Handoff includes the agreed documentation and operating access.
How does pay-on-delivery work?
Pay-on-delivery ties invoices to the deliverables and acceptance criteria agreed in your statement of work. The signed agreement sets the payment schedule and any deposit, cancellation, or missed-milestone terms.
Can you work with an existing app or prototype?
Yes. We review what is already in place, identify the release risks, and agree what can be kept or needs more work. Production Hardening is designed for this starting point.
