What we collect
Contact and booking data. When you submit a contact or consultation form, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email, company and project description. If you book a call through Calendly, we also receive the appointment details and booking, cancellation or rescheduling updates needed to manage that call.
Server logs. Our Lightsail-hosted Nginx records standard request logs (IP, user-agent, path, status, timestamp) for 30 days for operational and security purposes.
Advertising & measurement. We use Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure advertising and eligible booked calls. We also use Google Analytics to understand visits and site activity. Advertising links may carry campaign, ad and click identifiers. We retain these with a first-party journey identifier to connect a visit to a booking. Contact identifiers sent through Meta Conversions API are normalized and hashed; hashing does not make them anonymous. We remove personal booking parameters from confirmation URLs before page analytics runs. We never sell your data.
Advertising and analytics preference
No preference has been saved in this browser. You can turn off advertising and analytics tracking here.
Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track takes priority over an allow choice. Booking a call still works when tracking is off. This preference applies to this browser; it does not change Calendly’s own settings.
The browser preference above, Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track are honored by our Meta Pixel and Google Analytics loaders. For calls booked through our website, the recorded preference also accompanies the booking journey used for server-side advertising measurement. Turning tracking off does not stop the appointment information needed to provide your requested call. You can also manage your Meta ad settingsand your browser’s cookie controls.
Where your contact data goes
We use service providers to operate the site and respond to requests: AWS for hosting and storage, Trello for customer records, SendGrid for email, and Calendly for scheduling. Advertising measurement uses Meta as described above. We use the information to manage your inquiry and appointment; we do not sell it.
Cookies
The site uses browser storage for journey attribution and booking confirmation. Where tracking is allowed, Meta and Google may set measurement cookies, including Meta’s _fbp and _fbc. Your tracking choice is saved in this browser under appstango_marketing_consent; the preference cookie lasts up to one year. If you book through Calendly via our CTAs, Calendly may set its own cookies under calendly.com — those are governed by Calendly's privacy policy. You can clear or block any of these in your browser settings.
Your rights
Email contact@appstango.com with an access, deletion, or advertising opt-out request and we will action it — removing your contact data from Trello and SendGrid, and suppressing you from our Meta audiences — within 7 business days. We honor these requests regardless of jurisdiction.

We'll publish a dated note at the top of this page if anything changes. No silent updates.
