What we collect
Contact form data. When you submit the project estimator at /contact, we receive the name, email, company, and project details you provide. This is the only first-party data collection on this site.
Server logs. Our Lightsail-hosted Nginx records standard request logs (IP, user-agent, path, status, timestamp) for 30 days for operational and security purposes.
What we do NOT collect. No analytics scripts (no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel). No cookies set by this site. No fingerprinting. No third-party advertising tags.
Where your contact data goes
Estimator submissions are forwarded to: (1) our Trello CRM (in our internal AppsTango Trello workspace) and (2) the email address you provided gets a one-time confirmation via SendGrid. We never share or sell contact data with third parties.
Cookies
None set by appstango.com directly. If you book through Calendly via our CTAs, Calendly may set its own cookies under calendly.com — those are governed by Calendly's privacy policy.
Your rights
Email contact@appstango.com with a deletion request and we will remove your contact data from Trello and SendGrid within 7 business days. We are not subject to GDPR or CCPA in our current operating posture but we honor deletion requests regardless.
Updates
We'll publish a dated note at the top of this page if anything changes. No silent updates.
