CareXM is a turnkey virtual care platform connecting patients to nurses around the clock — HIPAA-compliant, healthcare-only, the kind of service where downtime has real consequences. Their My TeleMed mobile app had drifted out of compliance with the app stores and been pulled, so the immediate job was getting it back online and trustworthy.

We modernized the codebase, ran joint QA cycles with their team to clear the backlog of latent bugs, and got the app re-approved on both stores. Once the foundation was stable we layered on single sign-on, integrating against the SSO backend their team had already built so users could move through the experience with one credential.

The work was less greenfield engineering and more careful surgery — a working clinical tool that had to keep working while we replaced parts of it. Quick turnaround, no regressions in patient flow.
