A two-sided trucking marketplace with no dispatcher in the middle

iOS and Android marketplace where truck drivers and clients post, accept, and settle loads in minutes — no dispatcher, no broker, no third party skimming margin off the top.

Ten4 is the founder team's bet that the dispatcher layer is overhead, not value. Clients post loads with pickup, delivery, and price. Drivers browse, accept, and run. The platform handles communication and payment so neither side has to chase the other after the load lands.

We built it as a true two-sided marketplace with separate driver and client surfaces sharing a single backend. Real-time matching pushes the right loads to the right drivers, in-app messaging keeps the conversation off SMS and email, and payment processing is wired in so drivers see money quickly instead of waiting on a check.

The technical edge is the simplest one: scheduling, payment, and communication in one place. The hard part was earning trust on both sides quickly enough that drivers stayed and clients came back. The marketplace dynamics handled the rest.
