Pinkbox grew from a single shop into a 14+ location chain spanning the Las Vegas Valley, Allegiant Stadium, Primm, Laughlin, and Utah. As locations multiplied, the existing punch-card-and-paper loyalty system stopped scaling. Customers wanted credit at any store; the chain wanted real visit data without owning a separate POS extension everywhere.

We built the Pinkbox Perks app around three pieces: a barcode check-in flow at the register, a store locator that respects regional groupings instead of dumping all 14+ pins on a tiny map, and a push channel for new flavors and location-specific promos. Members earn 3 points per dollar and redeem at 400 points for $10 of Pinkbox Dough.

The whole thing leans into the brand instead of fighting it. Pink, fast, fun. The technology earns its keep by getting out of the way at the moment of truth — paying for a doughnut at 7am with a half-asleep audience.
