Precious metals e-commerce has constraints most retailers do not face. We built the platform end to end. Live spot price integration drives the dynamic pricing engine. The checkout is optimized around repeat-investor patterns rather than first-time-buyer hand-holding. The unified account dashboard pulls together purchases, the secure storage product, monthly purchase plans, and the precious-metals IRA flow in one place.
The architectural challenge is sustained throughput during market events — when gold moves, the request volume moves with it. The platform stays responsive because the pricing layer and the catalog layer are decoupled cleanly enough that one can absorb a spike without dragging down the other.
