We architected the full stack: a cloud dashboard for live defect analytics across plants, a real-time reporting engine that handles the firehose of inspection events, the Digital Quality Certificate generator that emits a per-product compliance record, and the integration layer that pushes data into customers' ERP and MES systems.

The product runs across automotive, medical, electronics, metal, and logistics customers. Inspection precision lands under 10 microns, every inspected product gets its own Digital Quality Certificate, and the dashboards refresh fast enough to drive line-side decisions instead of post-mortems.
