Sheet-counting and material math for drywall crews

Drywall Genie attacks a small, sharp problem: estimating sheets, materials, and special items for a job is fiddly, error-prone, and historically done on a clipboard or in someone's head. Get the count wrong and you either waste a pickup truck of inventory or stop a crew mid-day for a supply run.

We built the app around a job-by-area model. Walk a property, log each area with its dimensions, watch the totals update. The app holds the special items separately so a contractor can tag a specific room for fire-rated board or moisture-resistant material without losing track of where it goes.

Output is the deliverable. When the walk-through is done, a single tap sends a tidy summary by email or text. That summary becomes the supply order, the bid line item, or the proof that closes the conversation with the homeowner.
