Field data capture for thousands of remote assets

CAMS came to us with an aging system and a vision: technicians and site managers needed to survey remotely located assets against custom forms, then send the data and photos somewhere a manager could actually use them. AXIS is the platform we built to make that loop work at scale.

The mobile app is the field surface — survey templates, photo capture, structured submissions. The web management portal is where program administrators filter, analyze, and report. We migrated their database and legacy systems into a cleaner architecture before adding the new workflows on top.

What the platform replaces is the real story: paper clipboards, ad-hoc Excel sheets, and email chains with attached photos. AXIS gives operators a consistent record across hundreds or thousands of assets in the field, no matter where they sit.
